I slap myself for not submitting this when I made it. Random pencil doodle that turned into a glorious photoshop filter effects play. I can't even begin to give a tutorial over this as it's a combo of my scribbles and a ton of APE effects on them that took too many layers and hours of my life to do.

Rather emotional looking and effects. I love the wings how they seem to be faded in, as if she's some unknown angel even to herself. I really like this a lot n.n

Playing with filters is so much fun. I like the style in this.
Urr.. but do you, if you remember, know how you did the scratchies on the top corners?

streak a bunch of lines then do some filter to make it scratchy with a bunch of blurs/multiple layers I think...

Ya.. I can see the motion blur on a vertical level... maybe you used another filter with that Ill have to test out.

Wow, this is quite impressive! I like how the wings seem so natural, like a light effect or maybe graffiti. I also like the contrast between the wings and the character here.

either that or you can do a vertical grain on a seperate layer and most of it with a airbrush ((I did that with my new ID))
