Sooo I've been away the past while on my first vacation within the past year, and it was a blast! It felt like it was just meant to be my mom and I on this spontaneous trip to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort just outside of Golden. Some things were a drag, but then it seemed the day just totally made up for it. We got tons of reference (her being the avid painter of wildlife, especially grizzly bears) and enjoyed horse back riding, gondola riding to the top of the world, and wolf walking (almost wolf riding too XD but that's a different story). The fresh air was unbelievable and our luck just kept getting better! I even managed to film an osprey, though very badly XD But man, I gotta get into painting! So all major moolah commissions are closed for now. I have to apply for some college for a zoologist and if I get in this sept it's gonna be chaotic.

As for the raffle, well, I decided it should be monthly! So those who don't win are automatically included for next month's draw (Sept 1st)! But as it stands I was about to finish a commission before I drew, but then I saw lightning out my window and feared the power might go out, so I busied myself with drawing...winners!
